The City Council may or may not attend the regular meeting of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
1. Administering the Oath of Office and Swearing in of new and reappointed Board members.
2. Call to order and Roll Call.
3. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
4. Hear visitors.
5. Consideration, discussion, and possible action of minutes from the meeting of July 13, 2010.
6. Update on Smith Tract parkland acquisition, and Zone 15 parkland search.
7. Presentation, discussion, and possible action concerning Parks and Recreation Department Overview.
8. Update on Quarterly Park Maintenance Standards Report.
9. Discussion and possible action concerning developments, The Barracks and Phillips Square.
10. Discussion and possible action concerning the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Goals for FY10.
11. Presentation, discussion, and possible action concerning the current Capital Improvements Program:
Capital Improvements and Park Land Dedication Project Lists of August 2010 and September
2010.

recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the
subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
