The City Council may or may not attend the CS Senior Advisory Committee Regular Meeting.
I. Call to order
II. Welcome guests and visitors
III. Approval of minutes from regular meeting on December 14, 2009
IV. Discussion, consideration and possible action with Council Member, Dennis
Maloney, concerning senior programs and meeting space.
V. Report, discussion and possible action concerning January 12, 2010 meeting of the
Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and discussion regarding current activities of
the Senior Advisory Committee
VI. Discussion, consideration and possible action on 2010 Senior Advisory Committee
Goals
VII. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator report
regarding upcoming programs and events.
VIII. Presentation, possible action and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee
member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
IX. Next meeting: Monday, February 22, 2010
