II. Welcome guests and visitors
III. Approval of minutes from regular meeting on February 22, 2010
IV. Presentation, discussion and possible action on Volunteer Center of the Brazos Valley
with Sharon Zambrzycki, Center Manager
V. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning goals sub - committee report
on Senior Advisory Committee Goals for 2010.
VI. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning an update on the steering
committee for a non - profit organization
VII. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning review of By -laws for
Senior Advisory Committee
VIII. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator report
regarding upcoming programs and events.
IX. Presentation, possible action and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee
member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
X. Next meeting: Monday, April 26, 2010
