The City Council may or may not attend the CS Senior Advisory Committee Regular Meeting.
I. Call to order
II. Welcome guests and visitors
III. Approval of minutes from regular meeting on April 26, 2010
IV. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning an update on the steering
committee for a non - profit organization
V. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning meeting with the L. Ringer
Library staff on summer programs
VI. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning update on Goals for 2010
VII. Discussion, consideration and possible action on recommendations to Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board regarding appointment of Chairman and Vice - Chairman.
VIII. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator report
regarding upcoming programs and events.
IX. Presentation, possible action and discussion on future agenda items: A Committee
member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
X. Next meeting: Monday, June 28, 2010
