The aV Council may or may not attend the Senior Advisory Committee Regular Meeting.

II. Welcome guests and visitors
III. Approval of minutes from regular meeting on September 27, 2010
IV. Presentation, possible action and discussion concerning Southwood Community
Center wish list and donations for senior programs
V. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator report
4 regarding upcoming programs and events.
VI. Presentation, discussion and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee
member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
VII. Next meeting: Monday, November 29, 2010
