Call to Order. 2. Initial Hear Visitors 3. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 4. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 5. Possible action and discussion on resignation of Lisa Kalmus. 6. Swearing in of new committee member, Patricia Cleere. 7. Possible action and discussion to approve meeting minutes of regular meeting of January 11, 2010. 8. Possible action and discussion on 75 Anniversary planning. 9. Report from Heritage Programs Coordinator. 10. Committee Reports. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 13. Adjourn.
