Call to Order. 2. Initial Hear Visitors 3. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 4. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 5. Possible action and discussion to approve meeting minutes of regular meeting of June 7, 2010. 6. Possible action and discussion on vacancy left by the resignation of Anne Triche- Steen. 7. Possible action and discussion on The Annex building. 8. Report from HPC Chairperson. 9. Report from Heritage Programs Coordinator. 10. Report on 75 Anniversary plans. 11. Committee Reports.
