Call to Order. 2. Initial Hear Visitors 3. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 4. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 5. Possible action and discussion to approve minutes of February 7, 2011. 6. Report from Shop & Music Building (The Annex) community committee. 7. Report from HPC Chairperson. 8.
