2. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve meeting minutes.
• March 25, 2011
3. Presentation, discussion, and possible action on an alternative to the parking lot
screening requirements for a proposed freestanding restaurant located at 4431 State
Highway 6 South. Case # 11- 00500053 (MKH)
4. Possible action and discussion on future agenda items - A Design Review Board Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific
k w factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation
shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent
meeting.
5. Adjourn.
