Discussion and consideration offapade and sgn changes located at 310 Harvey Road (02 -79) A Wolf Pen Creek Design Review Board meeting was held on Wednesday, May 15, 2002 to review the above - mentioned. DRB Chairman Henryson asked if there would be any changes to the sign up front. Mr. Costello stated it would not change. DRB Chairman Henryson asked if there were any comments or questions in regard to the materials and colors. DRB Member McLean asked about the color of the file for the lower section of the building. Mr. Costello stated that the color is not as bright as seen in the picture. DRB Member Henryson asked for a motion. Commissioner Trapani made the motion for approval of materials and colors. DRB Member Kelby seconded it and it passed 6 -0. DRB Chairman Henryson asked if there were any questions or concerns about the signage. Commissioner Trapani asked staff if there were any issues. Staff Planner Reeves stated the colors are all that need to be looked at. The attached signage meets the requirements of not exceeding more than 12 inches away from the building or above the roof. Mr. Costello stated the pole sign would remain as is. DRB Chairman Henryson asked if they were back lit signs. Mr. Costello stated replied yes. DRB Chairman Henryson asked for a motion. DRB Member Kelby motioned to accept the signage as shown. Commissioner Wallis seconded and it passed 6 -0. DRB Chairman Henryson mentioned the new George Bush East Road and how it may affect the Taco Bell site. She stated where the new bridge is located, there would eventually be pedestrian and bicycles trials. She recommend they keep that in mind when doing the landscape for this site and other landscaping renovations.
