The City Council may or may not attend the Audit Committee Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order.
2. Presentation, possible action, and discussion to adopt the audit committee minutes for the
February 9, 2010 audit committee meeting.
3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion concerning the City's fiscal year 2009
external audit.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items. An Audit
Committee Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given.
Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a
subsequent meeting.
5. Adjourn.
