The City Council may or may not attend the Audit Committee Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order.
2. Presentation, possible action, and discussion to adopt the audit committee minutes for the
February 9, 2010 and the June 15, 2010 audit committee meetings.
3. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the Purchasing Processes Follow -
Up Audit report.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion concerning the City Wide Risk Assessment
report and future audit topics for the fiscal year 2011 audit plan.
5. Adjourn.
