The City Council may or may not attend the Lick Creek Nature Center Advisory Board Design Charrette Meeting
1. Call to order.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting of
October 19, 2011.
5. Introduction of City Staff and design team members.
6. Discussion and possible action regarding adjacent city property to Lick Creek Park.
7. Outline background /history of the meeting.
8. Delineate objectives of the meeting.
9. Explain process and procedure for the meeting.
10. Examine examples of other nature centers, programs and components.
11. Small group discussions.
12. Report and summarize group comments.
13. Questions and comments period.
14. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
15. Conclusion.
The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive services must be made at least 48 hours
