The City Council mayor may not attend the BVSWMA, Inc. Board of Directors Meeting.
I . Call to Order
2. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the May 19, 2010, Minutes of
the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc. Board of Directors.
3. Possible Staff Report, Update, and Direction from the BVSWMA Board to staff
regarding:
a. Executive Director Position
b. Financial Services and Banking Depository
c. Proposed Agreements /Contracts /Policies necessary to create BVSWMA, Inc. as a
working local government corporation, including but not limited to:
i. Operations Agreement
ii. Asset Transfer and Debt Transfer Agreement
iii. Borrowed Employee Agreement
d. Twin Oaks Landfill
i. Construction
ii. Phase II mitigation credit needs
4. Next Meeting Date: July 21, 2010 at the Bryan City Hall, 300 Texas Avenue.
5. Adjourn
The Board reserves the right to go into executive session to seek legal advice regarding an agenda item at
anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071.
