3. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the Borrowed Employee
Agreements for the City of College Station and the City of Bryan.
4. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the Accounting Services
Agreement.
5. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the BVSWMA Personnel
Policies.
6. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the BVSWMA Personnel
�,. Management Agreement.
7. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding the BVSWMA Budget.
8. Possible Staff Report, Update, and Direction from the BVSWMA Board to staff.
9. Executive Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074: Personnel
Matters- Discussion of appointment of Executive Director.
10. Next Meeting Date: September 13 2010 at the College Station City Hall, Council
Chambers.
11. Adjourn
The Board reserves the right to go into executive session to seek legal advice regarding an agenda item at
anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071.
