WORKSHOP SESSION:
1. Call to order.
2. Discussion on Board appointment process.
3. Adjournment.
REGULAR MEETING:
Approval of the minutes of the meeting held Thursday, January 14, 2010
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board of Managers has determined a
necessity to go into a closed -to- the - public session under the provisions of
Texas Government Code, Section 551 -071, Consultation With Attorney, to
seek attorney - client privileged advise relative to District employee payroll
issues.
3. Open Session: For action following Executive Session, if necessary.
4. Discussion /Action on Director's Report of Expenditures for October
through December 2009.
5. Director's report and Board concerns including discussions of staffing
levels, participation in Brazos Valley Child Abduction Response Team,
update on Regional ESlnet, EMD call statistics and Constable dispatch
statistics.
6. Hear public comments.
7. Adjournment.
