BRAZOS COUNTY EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT 101 REGENT AVENUE, SUITE 300, BRYAN, TEXAS 1. Approval of the minutes of the meetings held February 16, 2010, April 22, 2010, May 6, 2010, and August 12, 2010. 2. Discussion /Action on FY 2011 Annual Budget. 3. Discussion / Action on annual dispatch contract with the City of Bryan. 4. Discussion /Action on annual dispatch contract with Brazos County. 5. Discussion /Action to correct procedural error made during January 2010 meeting concerning retroactive pay increases. 6. Discussion / Action on presentation of FY 2009 audit and financials. 7. Discussion /Action on appointing auditors for FY 2010. 8. Discussion / Action on TCDRS retirement resolution for plan year 2011. 9. Discussion / Action on resolution setting service fee rates for VolP. 10. Director's report and Board concerns including a discussion of staffing levels, ESI consortium, Constable statistics, Navasota annexation, EMD statistics, and CAD upgrade. 11. Hear public comments. 12. Adjournment. All items on the agenda are for discussion and /or action.
