SUBJECT: Bank One in the Northgate Center: Discussion and
possible action on facade changes and signage at 301 B
College Main. (03
The PRC held a meeting on Thursday, April 17, 2003, to review the above -
mentioned project. Staff Planner Prochazka stated that this is located in the
Northgate Center. New York Subs occupies the other half of the building.
There will be two attached wall signs, one facing east and the other facing south,
that will be halo lit. There will be a new walk -up ATM on the southern facade.
The facade changes on the east side include removal of a door (for security) and
the addition of windows. The windows will be identical to those on the southern
facade.
Commissioner White moved for approval. Commissioner Floyd seconded and
the motion passed 2 -0.
