SUBJECT: University Commons, Phase II Discussion and possible action on the approval ofa
maintenance facility to be located at 2301 Eastmark Drive (03 -35)
Wolf Pen Creek Design Review Board met on Thursday, March 20, 2003 to review the above -
mentioned project. There was no discussion of the proposed maintenance building. Staff and
the applicant were complemented on a job well done in presenting the project. DRB Member
Holt moved for approval as presented. DRB member Kelby seconded and the motion passed
5 -0.
