Approval of the minutes of the meeting held August 16, 2011.
Discussion / Action on appointing auditors for FY 2011.
Discussion / Action on annual dispatch contract with the City of Bryan.
Discussion / Action on annual dispatch contract with the Brazos County.
Discussion / Action on presentation of Director's Report of Expenditures for July
and August 2011.
Director's report and Board concerns including staffing levels, CSPD mapping
software, 9 -1 -1 Day, addressing policy, and the Brazos Valley Child Abduction
Response Team.
Discussion /Action on Personnel Review Process for the Executive Director.
8. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board of Managers has determined a necessity to
go into a closed -to- the - public session under the provisions of Texas Government
Code, Section 551.074, personnel matters — review the duties, responsibilities
and performance compensation and evaluate the Executive Director of the
Brazos County 9 -1 -1 District.
9. Discussion / Action on Executive Session.
10. Hear public comments.
11. Adjournment.
All items on the agenda are for discussion and /or action. The Board of Managers reserves the right to adjourn into
executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized
by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property),
551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security
Devices).
