He's been such a leader, a mentor and friend . dedications, Pool Bubbles and Shenangans

But with Beachy's persistence, there are 50 parks, you say ' eterans' Park — What a Project, a place for posterity
There's Sandstone, Steeplechase, Southwest & Southwood . To remember our heroes, our battles and history
Kids can play at a park in any neighborhood Steve's vision and effort brought it to bear
There's Anderson, Gabbard, Brison, Brothers and Oaks A glorious monument, for all to share.
There's Bee Creek, Lick Creek, Pebble Creek & Wolf Pen
Cy Miller, Central, Edelweiss and the Hills of Woodland if
A is not all been fun. There's been pain to feel
T ' � ; Some have passed on - Leslie., Cindy, Lillian and Neal.
, here are parks everywhere — a kind for everyone Each was special and Steve held them dear
From pockets, to big ones, they're there just for fun In his heart they will remain forever near
Whether you like to watch birds, rollerblade or take a hike
Play softball, go jogging or just ride your bike
When Steve's career began, there were 10 parks folks
That's grown to over 80 not counting seasonal blokes
ilia it isn't just parklands Steve helped to create There are 24 cost centers within the one PARD
There are programs for all of us, enough to satiate A 9 million budget supports people working hard
The most picky of people, the most particular of us all
There's Life drawing, Senior Olympics, concerts and softball, 'Why has so much been accomplished, so muchdone?
There've been festivals for Bohemians, wieners & jazz lovers. Because Steve is a leader, a man of vision, bar none.
There's kite flying, pool fishing, teen dances among others. Folks follow him willingly not due to duress or fears
Swim Lessons at the lagoon, Holiday on the Brazos, But because he respects folks, both subordinates and peers.
