Call to Order.
2. Presentation, possible action and discussion regarding Audit Committee Chairman.
3. Executive Session
Personnel {Gov't Code Section 551.0741: possible a ction
The City Council may deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation,
reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer. After executive session
discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public. The following public officer
may be discussed:
a. Internal Auditor
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of applications for internal Auditor;
formulation of recommendation of candidates to interview and present to the City
Council.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding an update on the FY06 Audit and
CAFR.
6. Final action on Executive Session.
7. Adjourn.
