Approval of the minutes of the meeting held February 17, 2011.
Discussion / Action on preliminary budget for FY 2012.
Discussion / Action on Road Naming and Addressing policy.
Discussion / Action on TCDRS resolution to determine contribution rate for plan
year 2012.
Discussion / Action on presentation of Investment Report for quarter ending
March 2011.
Discussion / Action on presentation of Director's Report of Expenditures for
January through April 2011.
7. Director's report and Board concerns including staffing levels, Constable calls,
EMD calls, CSPD computer replacement, aerial mapping project, and the
Combined Communication Center Strategic Plan.
8. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board of Managers has determined a necessity to
go into a closed -to- the - public session under the provisions of Texas Government
Code, Section 551.074, personnel matters — review the duties, responsibilities
and performance of the Executive Director of the Brazos County 9 -1 -1 District.
9. Discussion / Action on Executive Session.
10. Discussion / Action on establishing a comprehensive process for reviewing the
performance of the Executive Director of the Brazos County 9 -1 -1 District.
11. Hear public comments.
12. Adjournment.
All items on the agenda are for discussion and /or action. The Board of Managers reserves the right to adjourn into
executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized
by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property),
551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security
Devices).
