Board of Directors Meeting.
1. Call to Order
2. Executive Session —Texas Government Code, section 551.074 personnel matters:
Discussion of selection of Executive Director and conduct interviews of candidate for
the Executive Director position.
3. Action resulting from Executive Session, if necessary.
4. CONSENT (AUTOMATIC APPROVAL) AGENDA
The Consent Agenda consists of routine Corporation business approved in a single
motion and by majority vote of the Board without separate discussion on any item. Items
may be removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration at the request of
any Board Member.
a. Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding the December 15 1H ,
2010, Minutes of the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc.
Board of Directors.
5. Financial report from Thompson, Derrig and Craig TC.
6. Staff Updates on Landfill Operations at Rock Prairie Road, Twin Oaks Construction,
Compost Facility and Gas to Energy Project.
7. Future Agenda Items.
8. Next Meeting Date: February 16 2011 at 11:00 at the College Station Municipal
Court House Bldg (Rm. 203).
9. Adjourn.
The Board reserves the right to go into executive session to seek legal advice regarding an
agenda item at anytime during the meeting pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section
551.071.
