Matters — Discussion of appointment of Executive Director, including further interview
session if necessary.
3. Open Session: Possible action resulting from Executive Session — Appointment of
BVSWMA Executive Director.
4. Next Regular Meeting Date: February 18, 2011, at 300 Krenek Tap Municipal Court
Bldg (Rm. 203), College Station, Texas.

The Board reserves the right to go into executive session to seek legal advice regarding an agenda item at
anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071.
