The City Council may or may not attend the Citizens Charter Review Commission Meeting.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Hear Visitors: A citizen may address the Commission on any item which does not appear on
the posted Agenda. Speakers must sign in no later than fifteen minutes before the meeting.
Remarks will be limited to three minutes. The Commission will receive the information, ask staff
to look into the matter, or place the issue on a future agenda. Comments should not personally
attack other speakers, Commission or staff.
4. Presentation, discussion and possible action on minutes for May 4, 2011 Regular Meeting.
5. Presentation, discussion and possible action on Commission meeting calendar.
6. Presentation, discussion and possible action to set June 1, 2011 as a Public Hearing to receive public
comment regarding the City of College Station Charter.
7. Presentation, discussion and possible action on staff report concerning direction received at the May 4,
2011 Commis fon meeting as it related to residency place systems and peer cities' charters.
8. Presentation, discussion and possible action on a proposed Plan of Work as submitted by the City
Attorney.
9. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items —A Citizens Charter Review Commission
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual
information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a
proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
10. Adjourn.
