Call to Order and Roll Call. 2. Hear Visitors: A citizen may address the Commission on any item which does not appear on the posted Agenda. Speakers must sign in no later than fifteen minutes before the meeting. Remarks will be limited to three minutes. The Commission will receive the information, ask staff to look into the matter, or place the issue on a future agenda. Comments should not personally attack other speakers, Commission or staff. 3. Presentation, discussion and possible action on minutes for June 1, 2011 Regular Meeting. 4. Presentation, discussion and possible action on the proposed ballot language for gender neutrality in the Charter. 5. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding peer city comparisons regarding an ethics policy, nepotism and conflicts of interest. 6. Presentation, discussion and possible action on Article 1, Incorporation: Form of Government: Territory, within the City Charter. 7. Presentation, discussion and possible action on Article 2, Corporate and General Powers, within the City Charter. 8. Presentation, discussion and possible action on Article 3, The City Council, within the City Charter. 9. Presentation, discussion and possible action on Article 9, Nominations and Elections, within the City Charter. 10. Presentation, discussion and possible action on the attached Plan of Work, any items on the Plan of work, and possible criteria to be used in order to add items to the Plan of Work. 11. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items —A Citizens Charter Review Commission Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 12. Adjourn.
