MKI mfl 2. Hear Visitors: A citizen may address the Commission on any item which does not appear on the posted Agenda. Speakers must sign in no later than fifteen minutes before the meeting. Remarks will be limited to three minutes. The Commission will receive the information, ask staff to look into the matter, or place the issue on a future agenda. Comments should not personally attack other speakers, Commission, or staff. 3. Presentation, discussion and possible action on minutes for July 20, 2011 Regular Meeting and July 27, 2011 Special Meeting. 4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on proposed ballot language for proposed charter amendments to be placed on the November 8, 2011 ballot. Public comment will be received by the Commission. 5. Presentation, discussion and possible action on the attached Plan of Work, any items on the Plan of Work, and possible criteria to be used in order to add items to the Plan of Work. 6, Discussion and possible action on future agenda items — A Citizens Charter Review Commission Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
