AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2024-4539 AS BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE 2024-2025 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING AMENDED EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
