4. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve a variance at 1410 Texas Avenue South
(Corner of George Bush & Texas Avenue South) in the Redmond Terrace Subdivision.

5. Consideration, discussion and possible action concerning penalties for violating setback
requirements in the UDO.
