Call to order – Explanation of functions of the Board. 2. Consideration, discussion and possible action of absence request from meeting. ~ John Richards 3. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve meeting minutes from January 6, 2004. 4. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve a variance at 1410 Texas Avenue South (Corner of George Bush & Texas Avenue South) in the Redmond Terrace Subdivision. . (04-03 JR). Applicant is Coastal Sign, Inc. for Brad Sondock – Texas Avenue Crossing L.P 5. Consideration, discussion and possible action concerning penalties for violating setback requirements in the UDO. 6. Discussion of Administrative Adjustments approved by city staff. ~ None 7. Consideration, discussion and possible action on future agenda items. 8. Adjourn. Consultation with Attorney {Gov’t Code Section 551.071; possible action. The Zoning Board of Adjustments may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject or attorney-client privileged information.
