3. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve meeting minutes of October
8, 2004.
4. Discussion, consideration and possible action on a Concept Plan for Spring Creek
Gardens located at 4300 SH 6 South, approximately 1/2 mile north of Greens Prairie
Rd. west of SH 6. (04-114 MH)
5. Discussion of Northgate Ordinance (KF)
6. Presentation and discussion on the color palette for the Non - Residential Standards
Ordinance, Section 7.9 of the Unified Development Ordinance. (04-169 KF)
7. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items - A Design Review Board
Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
8. Adjourn.
