The churchreceivedavarianceof7.5feetinSeptemberof2006toallowforan11-footbuildingheightatthe 7.5-footsidebuildingsetbackline.Theapplicantisproposingabuildingwithagableroof,andassuch thebuildingheightiscalculatedasanaverageheightlevelbetweentheeavesandridgelineoftheroof. Theproposedbuildinghasanaverageheightof17.27feet,whichdoesmeetthedistancerequirementfor non-residentialbuildingsadjacenttoasingle-familyuse.Assuch,thechurchneedsavariancetoreach thedesiredheightoftheproposedbuilding.Thechurchisrequestinganadditionalbuildingheight varianceof6.26feettolocatethebuildingatthe7.5-footsidebuildingsetbackline.
