II. Agenda Planning Calendar: Tom reviewed the agenda items for the upcoming Council Meetings. III. Submitted Topics for Discussion: Employment Branding: This item will be discussed at the December 4 meeting_ 24 vs. 26 Paychecks on Health Premuims: Charles presented this item for discussion to the Management Team. He exp/ained that current/y, afl hea/th insurance premiums are deducted from your paycheck over 24 checks. However Management Team has agreed that effective January 1, 2003, amounts deducted for emp/oyee and dependent premiums wi//be divided over 26 checks (just tike the FLEX p/an). This wi//he/p to/ower the amount of the premium increase that an emp/oyee wou/d see on each check because it is spread over more checks. Annual Awards Banquet: Dave discussed the recent employee banquet. He asked about the possibility of moving the event in order to help attendance. Update on the EIC: Julie provided an update from the recent EIC Meeting.
