Agenda Planning Calendar: Tom reviewed the agenda items for the upcoming
Council Meetings.
II. Departmental Projects/Priorities: Management Team Members discussed
the City's website and possible ideas for maintaining the site. This item will be
discussed at next weeks Management Team Meeting.
III. Submitted Topics for Discussion:
Employment Branding-Tom discussed "employment branding." He distributed a
copy of presentation that discussed the importance of employee branding. He will be
discussing this item at the next EIC Meeting and bring back to the Management Team
for further discussion.
The items regarding grants, strategic plan presentations, and Management
Team Retreat will be discussed next time.
IV. Housekeeping Items:
Gainsharing-Jeff provided the final numbers for the gainsharing amount and will
be presenting this amount to Council at the December 5 Meeting.
