Coversheet Review for December 19th Council Meeting: Tom reviewed agenda
item coversheets for the December 19th 2002 City Council meeting.
II. Agenda Planning Calendar: Tom reviewed the agenda items for the
upcoming Council Meetings.
III. Submitted Topics for Discussion:
Citizen's University-Peggy Calihan discussed the goals and objectives for this
years 2003 Citizen's University and distributed a list of participants.
E-GovernmenEVVebsite-Ofivia discussed possible changes in the format of the
City website. She showed Management Team Member's other City website for
possible ideas in changing the format.
Management Team Retreat-Julie distributed a proposed agenda for the retreat.
The retreat will be held on January 29th and 30th.
IV. Housekeeping Items:
TMRS Legislative Agenda and Insurance Waiting Period will be discussed at the
next Management Team Meeting.
