Tishler, head of A &M Uni- versity's Department of Health and Physical Education. Excess fatigue should be a thing of the past if a person exercises moderately and in accord with his P hysical condition and age, Tishler said. "Driving a car and walking around the house are the only exercise some people get," he ob- served. This is opposite of the body's needs. Tishler observed that muscles improve with use. "Once a week exercise just won't do it," , Tishler said. "This does more harm than good."
