The City Council may or may not attend the Joint Meeting of the WPC Oversight Committee and Design Review Board Meeting.
1. Administering the Oath of Office and Swearing in of new committee
members.
2. Roll call and call to order.
3. Pardon and possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
4. Presentation, possible approval, and discussion on the January 26, 2010
minutes of the Wolf Pen Creek Oversight Committee.
5. Update on the Special Events Activity at the Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the Wolf Pen Creek
Water Feature and Festival Area Project.
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding creating a project
specific website for the Wolf Pen Creek Water Feature and Festival Area
Project.
8. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the Code
Coordination Sub-Committee and appointment of membership to the same.

9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A
Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been
given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of
existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal
to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.

Notice is hereby given that a joint meeting of the Wolf Pen Creek Oversight Committee and Design Review
Board will be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, Carter Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant at 2200
North Forest Parkway in College Station, Texas, 77842. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See
Agenda.
