The City Council may or may not attend the Planning and Zoning Commission Eastgate Neighborhood Plan Kick-Off

2 Presentation and discussion in regards to the Eastgate Neighborhood Plan planning process and
public input
3 Adjourn
Consultation with Attorney/Gov't Code Section 551 0711:oossible action.
The Planning and Zoning Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject or
attorney-client privileged information After executive session discussion,any final action or vote taken will be in public If litigation
or attorney-client privileged information issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting,an executive session will be held
Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the College Station Planning and Zoning Commission, College Station,Texas will
be held on the Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 7.30 PM at the College Hills Elementary, 1101 Williams Street, College
