1. Call meeting to order.
2. Introduction of the City of Bryan Planning&Zoning Commissioners and City Staff.
3. Introduction of the City of College Station Planning&Zoning Commissioners and City
Staff.
4. Presentation and discussion regarding density in general and an overview of redevelopment
efforts in downtown Bryan.
5. Presentation and discussion on an update to the Commissions regarding progress on the
Research Valley Bio Corridor.
6. Discussion regarding possible agenda items for future joint Commission meetings.
7. Adjourn
Consultation with Attorney 1Govt,Code Section 551.0711;possible action.
The Planning and Zoning Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject
or attorney-client pnvileged information, After executive session discussion,any final action or vote taken will be in public. If
litigation or anomeyclient privileged information issues anse as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting,an executive session will be held
