PRESENT: See attached roster.
PRESIDING: Jake Canglose, Coordinator
The following items were discussed;
1. The State Health Dept. having Hazardous Materials
Workshop on February 2, 1990 in the College Station
Community Center.
2. The 29th Annual State Emergency Management Conference
is set for February 13 -15, 1990 at the Austin Doubletree
Hotel.
3. The new Texas Tier Two package for 1990. A letter is
to be sent to each company making Tier Two Report
instructing them to notify the County LEPC anytime
their 24 -hour contact telephone number changes.
4. Mary Kaye Moore (Director of Support Services in Bryan)
will be the new Emergency Management Coordinator for the
City of Bryan. John V. Blackburn (Director of Community
Services, Bryan) is to be Assistant Emergency Management
Coordinator for Bryan. Appointment letters to be sent
to them.
