1. The new College Station Emergency Management Plan.
2. Emergency Management Workshop at Waco, Texas, August 20,
1986. Jake Canglose and Jeridan Strong will attend.

3. Meeting to be held after return from workshop to determine
planning for coming year.
4. Planning for emergency management exercise for all juris-
dictions this fall or spring?
5. We are to try and obtain the film on the crash of Flight
191 at DFW Airport.
6. Make another attempt to get antennas installed at court-
house.

SUBJECT: Emergency management Workshops
The FY '27 l+ork Plan Workshops for Region 6 will he held during the month of
August. The workshops will cover emergency management program emphasis and
requirements for the upcoming fiscal year. All local political jurisdictions
are invited to attend. Pnl itical jurisdictions participating in the EMA
program, receiving, or intending to receive, FEMA administered Federal funds are
required to attend. ° articipants in this year's workshop will complete a draft
FY 87 Annual Work Plan prior to the termination of the workshop. Therefore,
workshop participants should bring with them all reference data and information
necessary to complete the draft FY 87 Annual Work Plan.
