A. Discussion of attendance to the 23rd Annual Emergency
Management Conference February 21 -23 in Austin.
1. Most people to attend 22nd.
2. Jeridan Strong to attend both days.
B. Discussion of attendance of firemen at the A&M Fire
School's Hazardous Material Course.
1. Letter to Mr. Payne (Tel No 845 -3470) requesting
slots.
2. Remind Chief Rice and Chief Landua.
C. Discussion of storage of materials for handling oil
well blow -outs.
1. Explore possibility of storing materials in old
bus barn (talk to County Commissioners).
2. Need to know how much material is to be stored.
D. Up -date of Tornado Plan.
1. Dr. Scoggins to have meeting 1 March 1984. Time,
place, and people to attend to be determined later.
