Proceedings:
* Jake Canglose and Harry Stiteler discussed the need
and procedure for updating and coordinating the
Emergency Plans of the several TAMU Divisions. A
meeting of the heads of these divisions is recommend-
ed as a means of completing these plans.
The overall Emergency Operation Plan for TAMU was pre-
pared in 1977.
* Jake Canglose and Sheriff Bobby Yeager discussed the
Emergency Plan of the Sheriffs Department. An updated
personnel list of the Sheriffs and Deputy Sheriffs will
be updated.
* Of newer concern is protection of the new Industrial
Plants of the area and of the high density population
areas outside of the City limits of Bryan and College
Station.
* During May 18 thru 29 MOBDES Officers, Capt. Warren
Heffington and Capt. Russell Tompkins were on active
duty.
They prepared a packet for each of the shelters in
Brazos County. This contains the publication P & P -8
February, 1981 - Shelter Management Handbook - with in-
formation for use by the person in charge of the shelter
in the event of a disaster.
The RADEF Annex was completed.
