Present: Jake Canglose, Sheriff Yeager, Beamer, Charles
Phelps, Carroll Bell, Ben Wormeli

The Civil Defense facility in the Courthouse re-
novation and new addition was discussed. Locating
the Civil Defense Office near the Sheriff Radio
Communications could be a good arrangement. Judge
Holmgreen and the Architect are now meeting with
the Department Heads to develop the most favorable
location and space to meet their needs.
N ' Plans were discussed for representation of our City
and County personnel to attend the Annual State
Emergency Preparedness Conference in Austin, Feb-
ruary 27 and 28.
Plans were discussed for the Crisis Relocation
Planning Meeting scheduled for March 19,1 -5 p.m.in
the Brazos Center.

A Civil Defense meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 4,
at 5:00 p.m. in the Brazos County Courthouse.
The 19th.Annual Preparedness Conference for State and Local
Officials is set for February 27 and 28 at the Austin Hilton
Inn, (IH -35 at US 290 East). A copy of the Agenda is enclosed.
We will need to know who will attend and coordinate travel
arrangements.
Your attendance is requested for approval of proposed Emer-
gency Planning agenda items for Bryan, College Station,
Texas A &M University and Brazos County.
