Phelps: newspaper and ask those who hear it to send postal card
or telephone if they hear it, and distance from courthouse.
Consider a county -wide session when Plans and SOP's are

Recap. Austin will print if we get in to be completed by

Dr.Ed - Took sample cans of 4 manufacturers for chemical analysis

K & C Foods, Fla. offered $8 ton for crackers.
Dr. Ed - Galveston war surplus - $29 can 9sand

RACES: - Radio Amateur Emergency Service Plan reviewed and signatures
made to mail to Austin, Friday, August 6, 1976 for approval.
Budget: - Budget for 1977 submitted,to Brazos County Commissioners,
7/19/76. Total the same - $9,000
