Present: Jake Canglose, Ben Wormeli, Judge Vance, Louis Odle and
North Bardell.
AGENDA:
I. Disposition of supplies stored at Building 8521 A&M
Research Annex.
(a). 7400 empty folded, water resistant, cardboard boxes
used to protect storing supply boxes.
(b). 330 Light Weight wood pallets (handle approx.
300# weight)
(c). Academic Bldg. 2400 Boxes.
Cushing Library 540
Action approved by Council: Total boxes 10,500
Bryan will check on possible uses -
Dispose, if City cannot use.
Donate to A&M if -makes are obliterated by them.
If can't donate, ispose by dump yard.
II. Two Radios (Tone Alert type units)
1 ready for relocation.
III. Paging pocket receiver on original bid, approximately
S150.00.
Can we still pay it on 3 -way basis or pay out of County
C.D. Account.
Pay through County funds.
IV. Office Area:
Bryan Hospital
Building: Purchase completed to -day.
