Item I Discussion on resignation of Henry Alsmeyer --
effective April 30, 1974.
Action taken:
A member from each political sub - division will screen
applicants and select a new man.
Item II Review of damage assessment annex prepared by Lt.Col.
Bell.
Approval action: OK'D for action. Bell will get
with College Station City Manager and Bryan City
Manager and get name list.
ItemIll Discussion of Col. Thompson work in preparing shelter
instruction kits.
Trip to Austin. Postpone until Judge and City managers
can get time to go.
