Item I Easterwood airport emergency plan discussed,
Item II Disaster plan for Brazos Valley Mental Health Center.
Item III Slides shown by H.L. Alsmeyer on slides taken by
student working on C.D. project for A &M students.
Item IV Noted Mrs. Warren Finn of 1200 Haines Dr. called
station. Complaint of need of sirens.
Item V Discussed raise of teaching fees on C.D. Training.
Present fee $5.00. Agreed to maintain teaching fee
at $5.00 per classroom hour.
NOTED:
Jake Canglose on Dec. 9, talked to 4th Army Reserve
Unit on Carson St. about Emergency Planning.
Item VI Set up noon day meal for government seminar program
at Wyatt's cafeteria.
