Item I Emergency Hospital
Men for training in setting up hospital equipment.
Mr. Boswell and Mr. Sandlin will provide men for
X 1 X axia crating and moving equipment.
Item II Report on updating communications plans with
assistance from „;state CD and subsistance
of RACES plan and license application.
ITEM III: Tenative plans for Emergency Hospital training to be
at National Gaurd Armory. Tenative date after
26 Nov. 1972.
Item IV Mr. Sandling reccommends a meeting of all officials
to get a planning program for all top officials.
J. Canglose will provide top state officials to
meet with all city, county key individuals to
explain procedures in a disaster.
