I Read letter from state office on maintenance of
shelter stocks.
Reccomendations;
Order forms and place on all shelter
supplies (OCD 747) advising of stocks
condition. Mail brief letter to all
shelter personnel giving information
contained in this letter.
II : Read information Bulletin #265 on new mobilization
designer. Briefing of ready reserve program in Civil
Defense.
III: Bulletin #264
Status of Radio warming system. Briefing to Directors,
and send a copy to EBS officer Casey Jones.
IV : All appointments on list was read and approved for
1973 thur 1975.
